Almost a full month into using my bowflex…
I’m almost a full month into using the Bowflex machine. My progress has been steady and I’m seeing great results thus far. The best part is that I am not bored and I really enjoy my workouts with the Bowflex machine. I am trying to stick to the basic exercises (bench press, squats, leg extensions, seat rows, military presses, etc), but every once in a while I add a new exercise to change it up.
If you are thinking about buying a Bowflex machine, I highly recommend it. I know I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I made the decision. If you have any questions about it, please let me know. I’d be glad to help you.
The Bowflex experiment so far…
I have to say that so far I love working out on the Bowflex. This is week 2 1/2 and so far I’m starting to see muscles I haven’t seen in quite awhile, but more important I look forward to strength training again. I was burned out and didn’t enjoy lifting weights for a few years, but with the Bowflex, I am really enjoying working out again.
I am also quite surprised that after weighing myself this morning, I have lost 5 lbs since starting my workouts with the Bowflex. And to be honest, I haven’t changed my diet at all since starting with the Bowflex. I have to say, I’m very impressed with the results so far.
The Bowflex experiment so far…
Well I have to admit…I wasn’t a believer in the Bowflex machine. So far, I have to say I am very surprised. Thus far I really enjoy the workouts on the equipment. Granted it is the first week, but I actually enjoy working out on the Bowflex machine.
Here are the things I like the most:
1. Very easy to change exercises
2. No plates to change, easy to find the correct plates and more
3. You can get a quality workout in 30 minutes
4. So far, my muscles are really getting a great workout
The documentation that comes with the Bowflex machine is also outstanding. I haven’t gone through it all but I’m very impressed thus far.
